The Firm

Avansino, Melarkey, Knobel, Mulligan & McKenzie is a boutique law firm with a primary focus in estate and charitable planning, estate and trust settlement, and business transactions. The firm was founded by Raymond C. Avansino, Jr., and has been a part of the community here in Northern Nevada since 1971. Both by design and choice AMKM has remained a small, disciplined firm with a concentration in the areas where we have the greatest experience and believe we can provide the best service to our clients.

We have four active shareholders and one member of counsel. All members of the firm have advanced degrees in taxation in addition to their law degrees. AMKM has remained stable and continued to maintain its practice focus throughout the years. Our firm philosophy is to provide our clients with quality representation in addition to responsive and prompt communication. We endeavor to provide our services at a reasonable fee and in the most cost efficient manner possible.
