Avansino, Melarkey, Knobel & Mulligan is a boutique law firm specializing in estate and charitable planning, estate and trust settlement, and business transactions. Our firm, by design and choice, has remained a small firm with a disciplined focus on the areas where we believe we can provide the best service to our clients in the areas we have the greatest experience. We have three active partners, one member of counsel and one associate. All members of the firm have advanced degrees in taxation in addition to their regular law degrees. We have endeavored to maintain our focus in matters of taxation, again with a strong focus on estate planning. The firm has been in existence in Northern Nevada since 1971, founded by Raymond C. Avansino, Jr. The firm has been very stable and has continued to maintain its practice focus. Our firm philosophy is to provide our clients with quality representation with responsive and prompt communication. We endeavor to provide our services at a reasonable fee and in the most cost efficient manner possible.
